These Conditions apply to the use of our website and are the terms and conditions on which we will supply any products to you. By proceeding further and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should leave our website now.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you choose when you register on the website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Description and Availability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the details, measurements, and descriptions of products given on this website are as accurate and complete as possible. However, there may be variations between these and the actual products. All products are subject to availability. In the event that products are unavailable, they will be canceled from your order, and you will receive a refund.

Price

The cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the “Delivery” page.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered. If this occurs, you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the altered price.

By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product whose price was stated incorrectly on the website.

Promotions

During certain periods, we may have multiple promotions running. Some promotions may not be combined or used alongside our free shipping promotion. In such a situation, the promotion that provides the most discount for you will take precedence and be applied to your cart.

Customs and Duty Charges

If you’re ordering products to be delivered outside of the EU, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the EU. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they’re aware that they’ll need to cover this before you order.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Because you (or the recipient of the products, if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect your goods. Make sure you check this before you order.

If your order gets stuck in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office and pay any additional charges or taxes to release the goods. Miss Abaya cannot do this on your behalf.

Refunds

We offer exchanges or refunds for non-sale items, subject to the following conditions. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it, in the same unworn, unwashed condition as when it was sent to you. Please ensure that the swing tag remains intact and securely attached to the item. Additionally, the item should be returned in the clear packaging provided with your purchase. Failure to meet these conditions or follow the specified return procedures may result in a refusal of the refund.

Condition of Items:

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of perfume scent, marks from makeup, or deodorant resulting from trying on the item. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Refund Refusal:

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the specified return procedures, as outlined in this Policy, have not been followed.

Return Procedures:

If the return procedures have not been followed correctly, resulting in the need for us to return the item back to you, a shipping fee of £4.50 will be required. The item will be held until this fee is paid.
